Position Summary/Objective:
In this position, you will work closely with retailers on eCommerce websites on the AVB Marketing Enterprise platform and influence teams including web design, eCommerce merchandising, web development, digital marketing, and support. As the Platform Success Manager, you will interact daily with member retailers to resolve issues and manage satisfaction on the platform, using this feedback internally to help drive development priorities.

- Engage with member retailers to champion product offering, providing end user solutions based on product knowledge
- Assist in determining roadmap priorities with the product team based on member feedback & understanding of end user needs
- Triage member issues and work with internal teams through resolution
- Analyze data to identify opportunities in the product platform
- Organize feature enhancement and support tasks for internal and member facing reporting purposes
Remote Work/Travel: This position will work remotely from a home address and subject to AVB’s Remote Work policies and procedures which are then in effect. In addition, from time to time, this position will be required to engage in travel, including travel to attend AVB’s Annual All-Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations which may be required of the position such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions and shows and other events where you will represent AVB. Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be self-motivated, hard-working, well organized, thick-skinned, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication abilities, internal and external
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to differentiate between “done” and “done right” for our member base
- Desire to adopt and learn new tools and technologies and stay current on eComm merchandising best practices
- Demonstrates ability to set priorities and work with little supervision
- Quick and confident decision-making skills with good judgment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- 3 years’ experience in merchandising and/or marketing within the home appliance, furniture, or mattress industry
- Experience in customer facing role and working with cross-functional teams
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to read existing code and make simple edits
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
